"BEAUTIFUL Villa! Wonderful experience. The house had all amenities and more. Was perfect in every way. Axel was always pleasantly responsive and informed us of activities and entertainment taking place in the community of RINCON. Amenities
The first floor has a large living room with half bath, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace area with gas grill, 4k HDTV, beach chairs and beach umbrella. The second floor has two bedrooms with balconies, bath, AC and a lovely terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, full bath, walking closet and a 4k HDTV. Fully equipped laundry (washer and dryer). The second bedroom has two single beds and one full size bed facing one of the gorgeous hills of Rincón. This is our home away from home and we keep it clean and well stocked for all your family or small groups (up to 6 persons). We provide quality towels, pillows and linens, iron board and hair dryer .
BBQ grill including complementary gas tanks per stay, beach chairs, water entertainment toys, WIFI, Central A/C, Apple TV, ROKU and desktop computer.
Access to villa
Guest will have access to the complete villa with a private access. Communal Pool is available.
Our NEIGHBORHOOD
Punta del mar Beach village is an ocean front community. It is a gated community were you can be relax and spend the most amazing vacations with your beloved ones. You can enjoy the green areas, enjoy nature, take a walk through our beach, perform outdoor exercise/sports and of course collect sea glasses (recommended therapeutic activity).
Hanging Out
We suggest renting a car so you can get the most of Rincón and the southwest coast of Puerto Rico. The villa has two parking spots ready for you. Extra parking located at a common area-$10 per day (implemented by HOA).
